Dr. Chris Burrows
Our founder, Dr. Chris Burrows has 40 years of senior management & executive experience in the nuclear industry. Chris moved to leadership coaching late in his career, leveraging his wealth of practical knowledge and people skills.
Having worked in engineering, project management, operations and strategic planning, Chris brings an ambitious, goal-oriented mindset, which ensures the consistent and dependable delivery of our expert services.
Tony Burrows
Tony joined CBC in 2018, building upon a successful 20 years of senior management in sales, finance and contracts (both government & commercial).
Tony specialises in conflict resolution and is a nationally accredited mediator.
