The DiSC model explores personality, attitude and communication to classify 4 main behavioral styles. Everyone is blend of all four styles, but each individual has a unique behavioral profile with different priorities and motivations.
A person's DiSC profile is an illustration of their instincts. It reveals how they see themselves, what they are drawn to, where their comfort zone is and how far they are willing to stray from it. A DISC assessment therefore helps a person to understand themselves and to be understood by others.
Across a team, the self-awareness and mutual understanding gained through Everything DiSC enhances team cohesion, boosts morale and increases productivity.

The Everything DiSC process reveals valuable details about the psychology of each person who undergoes the assessment. Your DiSC profile is a data-driven representation of how you think and act, which can help you to understand your own emotions and decisions.
Furthermore, it can help you to understand and be understood by others, making it an especially powerful tool for teams in our increasingly diverse world. Teams that go through the DiSC process gain a shared understanding of one another which elevates their teamworking ability to heights that were previously unreachable.
