Mediation

Small disagreements, if not properly resolved, can quickly develop into deeply entrenched divisions between opposing parties within a team.  Such divisions can cause long-lasting damage as they are highly unlikely to resolve themselves once dialogue between sides shuts off.

At this point the best possible solution is to use a qualified mediator to facilitate a fair conversation between the opposing parties.  Tony, who is a Nationally Accredited Mediator, is trained to carefully encourage honest conversations in which each side of an argument can be heard and understood.  Our aim is to help the opposing sides to find a mutually acceptable resolution that everyone is happy to commit to.
